Delivery charges for your order are automatically calculated and shown at the checkout page. The price is determined by weight, dimensions, your time requirements and the distance the package needs to travel. We currently offer two methods of delivery. Courier Delivery - Insured up to $1500, and Australia Post Express Parcel. For PO Box deliveries, please use Australia Post Express Parcel as a signature is required for all deliveries made by a courier.

All packages shipped will have adequate static protection and padding material. However, VTech Industries can not be held responsible for the loss or damage of goods while in transit. If insurance is required, we recommend Courier Delivery - Insured up to $1500, as air freight is not insured.

Courier Delivery - Perth and South West WA (Insured up to $1500!)

Yellow Zone - $5.80 up to 25kgs - FREE for orders over $500 (50kg Limit) - Next business day delivery after dispatch Lime Zone - $11.70 up to 25kgs - FREE for orders over $1000 (25kg limit) - Next business day delivery after dispatch Pink Zone - $18.00 up to 25kg - FREE for orders over $1500 (25kg limit) - Usually delivered 1-2 business days after dispatch White Zone (North to Geraldton, East to Kalgoorlie, South to Esperance) - $24.50 for first 5kg - $3.80 for each additional 5kg - Usually delivered 2-4 business days after dispatch Couriers pick up here at about 3:00pm each weekday afternoon. To ensure your order is dispatch the same afternoon, please confirm payment with us by 12:00pm sharp. This gives us time to invoice and pick and pack your order before the end of the day.

Courier Delivery - Interstate Road Freight (Insured up to $1500!)

Green Zone (Adelaide and Suburbs, VIC, Most of NSW) - $10.50 up to 5kg (A2 size satchel) For orders greater than 5kg A2, costs will be: - $19.00 for first 5kg - $3.80 for each additional 5kg Delivered 4-6 Business days after dispatch White Zone (Rural WA, QLD, TAS, North NSW) - $10.50 up to 5kg (A2 size satchel) for Metro areas only For orders greater than 5kg A2, costs will be: - $29.90 for first 5kg - $3.80 for each additional 5kg Delivered 6-8 Business days after dispatch Please note: The dots on the above map are depot locations. Delivery is not restricted to these areas. However, delivery addresses close to the depots will be delivered faster than addresses further away. Orders are dispatched each weekday afternoon, however, all freight heading east only departs from the courier depot on Tuesday and Friday.
