I have tested this product to the best of my ability and am 100% sure it is faulty.

I understand warranty is done through VTech Industries' suppliers and that it can take from one week to over a month to get a replacement.

I agree to pay for all delivery costs involved in returning the faulty item to VTech Industries.

If no fault is found with the returned item, I understand I must pay for the delivery cost of having the item returned to me. Futhermore, I understand that a service fee will be charged at the discretion of VTech Industries should the returned item be found with no fault.
