Freight & Logistics Updates (last updated 13th May)
    We are maintaining a list below of known events that is causing delivery delays

    - Local Perth Metro delivery companies PEP and Foxline are severely impacted due to a significant lack of delivery drivers and staff. We are also noticing a lack of pickup and depot scan events on some parcels.
    - Due to new flooding in QLD, there continues to be ongoing freight delays, and in some cases suspension of freight services, especially for western areas of Brisbane. Road freight network in Northern and Western QLD is also affected.
    - Minor delays continue for East-West freight due to backlogs caused by the railway line closure in February

    Delivery charges are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. The price is determined by weight, dimensions, your time requirements and the distance the package needs to travel.

    We ship multiple times daily from our Perth warehouse via various couriers and we also utilise 'dropshipping' from our multiple supplier warehouses around Australia.
    Wherever possible, we will try to ship from the nearest stocked warehouse to the customer (although there may be rare situations where this isn't possible).

    If you have a certain courier that you DON'T want us to use, please leave a note in the order comments and we will try to accomodate.

    Choosing your delivery address
    - Please ensure you provide a street address that is attended weekdays, during business hours. A work/business address is highly recommended.
    - Arranging re-delivery due to unattended premises, or any costs involved in re-delivery or pickup from a courier depot or collection point, is the responsibility of the customer.

    To help avoid delivery issues or delays
    - Please provide a valid phone number during checkout which we will include on the shipping label
    - Include the business name if being delivered to a work/business address
    - Please ensure the delivery address is attended during business hours
    - Deliveries to hotel rooms, student accomodation, shared housing etc can be problematic and will be at our discretion
    - Delivery to PO Box, Parcel Locker/Collect, Locked Bag etc may cause delays (see below)

    - All packages are fully insured and a signature on delivery is required, unless requested otherwise (see below)
    - At our discretion, for first time customers, we may also require ID on delivery.
    - If you want your parcel left without a signature (ATL), you must pay either by bank transfer, or Paypal (max $500)

    PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers etc
    - We usually require an attended street address for delivery, however if you want delivery to a PO Box, Parcel Locker/Collect, Locked Bag etc we can accommodate in most cases. But please contact us before ordering to confirm.
    - Order may be subject to additional security and anti-fraud checks which could delay dispatch time
    - You MUST include your residential or business address as the 'Invoice Address' during checkout

    Other notes
    - Oversized cartons may ship via a point-to-point courier that isn't listed above
    - You may receive multiple deliveries from different courier companies if your order spans many items shipping from multiple locations
    - Delivery drivers can't call prior to delivery or deliver at a specific time.
    - We don't offer a same-day delivery service (Express/Air does not mean same-day)
    - Any transit times shown are estimates only, and whilst fairly accurate, aren't in any way guaranteed.

    - To avoid confusion, please note 'Dispatch' and 'Delivery' are two different things:
    Dispatch - When your order has been shipped out (picked up) by the courier driver
    Delivery - When your order has been delivered by the courier
