Delivery charges are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. The price is determined by weight, dimensions, your time requirements and the distance the package needs to travel.

    We ship daily from our Perth warehouse via Australia Post and Toll Priority. We can also dropship directly from our suppliers around Australia, via various couriers (see DROPSHIP section toward the bottom).
    Transit times shown are estimates only, and whilst fairly accurate, aren't in any way guaranteed.


    Perth Customers
    - The Perth Metro zone extends south to Herron, north to Yanchep (Postcodes 6000-6214)
    - Delivery time is usually next business day after dispatch, but not guaranteed (see Express service below).
    - Deliveries to the very outer suburbs or during peak/busy periods may take an extra half/one business day

    WA Country
    - Delivery to WA country towns/areas is split between two zones (near and far)
    - WA Near, 2-3 business days after dispatch (Postcodes 6215-6699)
    - WA Far, 3-5 business days after dispatch (Postcodes 6700-6799)

    - Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane areas - 3-5 business days after dispatch
    - Country/Rural areas and NT/TAS - 4-8 business days after dispatch

    Very small parcels (Under 500g)
    - We offer very competitive rates Australia wide for small parcel - $8.00 Regular or $10.00 Express

    Express service
    - Perth metro customers can choose Express if they wish to guarantee a next day delivery (after despatch)
    - For WA Country Near, we can offer quite competitve Express rates, usually only an extra $3-$10
    - All other areas, it is only economical to choose Express for parcels under 5kg (cubed)

    - All packages are fully insured and a signature on delivery is required
    - Pre-approved customers may request 'OK to Leave' in the order comments and the package can be left in a safe place without a signature, but this will void all cover/insurance*

    Australia Post tracking system is quite reliable, however certain scan events may be erratic or not appear at all, below is a list of tracking events you may see:
    - Shipment information received - package has been manifested (and dispatched same day)
    - Shipment information approved - may take 24 hours to appear but not relevant to package tracking
    - Picked up from Sender - package has been picked up by the driver
    - In Transit - Received into the delivery depot
    - On board with driver for delivery today
    - Delivered

    - Attempted delivery - being carded to Australia Post outlet - Delivery address unattended, returning to LPO
    - Transferred to xxxxxx LPO - Returned to local post office
    - Awaiting Collection at xxxxxx LPO

    - Please note: 'Facility location' isn't always the exact delivery suburb, it may just show the local delivery depot

    Delivery to residential premises
    - Australia post is the best suited to properly handle residential deliveries
    - If unattended, package is carded and returned to local post office for collection
    - Delivery of oversized packages (over 22kg) may still go via a parcel courier such as Foxline/Couriers Please/TNT/Toll/StarTrack/Airroad

    Delivery to business premises
    - Australia post provides the same service to business premises as residential

    Delivery to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers
    - This is possible for most orders*
    - (Parcel lockers only accept packages up to 16kg, 39x36x64cm)


    We are currently trialling a new Australia wide service via Toll Priority (air freight) up to 5Kg, which offers a cheaper and faster service than Australia Post in certain situations. The delivery driver will attempt to get a signature on delivery, but if premises is unattended will leave the parcel in a safe place.

    We may choose to automatically upgrade your order to this priority service if:
    - Delivery is to a business address OR
    - Delivery is to an easily accessible residential address
    - Order is low-medium value
    - Payment is made via Paypal/Bank Transfer

    Unfortunately we can't ship via Toll Priority if:
    - Delivery is to an apartment building or gated estate/community
    - Delivery is to a PO Box / Parcel Locker / Parcel Collect
    - You require a signature on delivery
    - Order is high value
    - No contact number is provided


    If there is no stock available locally, we can, in most cases, ship direct to you from our eastern states suppliers. This is displayed as "Despatched from ..." in the stock field.
    This can save on delivery costs and delivery times, especially for eastern states customers. 

    To take advantage of this option, please select the dropship/courier option in checkout

    As delivery will be via courier, please ensure you provide a delivery address that is attended weekdays, during business hours. A work/business address is highly recommended.
    Arranging re-delivery due to unattended premises, or any costs involved in re-delivery or pickup from courier depot is the responsibility of the customer.

    For small packages, we will try to arrange delivery via airfreight whenever possible and economically viable.
    Local deliveries will go by local parcel courier, and items over 5kg will go by road freight.

    WA Customers:

    On a case by case basis - we will either dropship direct to you, or transfer stock to our warehouse first, then ship out via our own Auspost service.


    - All delivery options will appear during checkout, however we ask you to take note of the specific delivery information shown on every product page, and also any messages/warnings during checkout, to choose the correct option.
    - In most cases, customers who choose the wrong delivery option (knowingly or not) will still get their order processed, but it will be in accordance with our despatch/delivery policy as outlined on that product page.
    - However, we also reserve the right to cancel/refund these orders if not economically viable.


    Oversized packages
    - Packages over 22kg dead weight will be sent via specialised courier such as Foxline/TNT/Toll/StarTrack/Airroad
    - Extremely large packages may be dropshipped direct from supplier
    - If your order contains multiple items/packages and one or more is oversized, you may receive multiple separate deliveries

    To help avoid delivery issues or delays
    - Please provide a phone number during checkout
    - Include the business name if being delivered to a work/business address
    - Please ensure the delivery address is attended during business hours

    Failed/Unattended deliveries are as follows
    - Australia Post - Calling card left and package taken back to LPO for collection
    - TNT - Calling card left and customer can arrange re-delivery or collection from nearest depot
    - Star Track - Calling card left and customer can collect from LPO or nearest depot
    - Toll - Calling card left and customer can arrange re-delivery or collection from nearest depot

    Deliveries are made during standard business hours (7:30am - 5:30pm) Monday - Friday
    Delivery drivers can't call prior to delivery or deliver at a specific time.

    All orders are dispatched around 3pm each weekday
    - Orders placed and paid before midday 12pm weekdays will be dispatched the same afternoon
    - Orders placed and paid after midday 12pm weekdays will be dispatched the following weekday afternoon
    - Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on the Monday

    To avoid confusion, please note 'Dispatch' and 'Delivery' are two different things:
    Dispatch - When your order has been sent out with the relevant courier
    Delivery - When your order has been delivered by the relevant courier
