We are primarily a dispatch warehouse, not a retail store / shop front. Unfortunately we aren't able to facilitate walk-in sales.

To avoid disappointment and wasting time/fuel, please wait for us to notify you that your order is ready before coming to pick up.

If you have purchased via a marketplace such as Ebay, Catch or Amazon, please only contact us via their messaging systems.
Due to strict marketplace policies, sellers are not allowed to communicate with marketplace buyers outside of Ebay/Catch/Amazon.

We are not the same company as Vtech Telecommunications / Vtech Toys / Vtech Electronics.
Our business was established over 6 years before theirs in Australia. We are a completely different company and have no affiliation with this manufacturer of phones, toys and baby products, they just happen to have a similar trading name to us.
